Pour apple pie filling into a 9 by 11 inch baking dish. Put the browned pork chops on top of apples. Prepare stuffing mix and spread on top of pork chops. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover casserole with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake uncovered about 10 minutes more or until the meat thermometer registers 160 degrees.
