Recipe: 1 lb. ground beef Salt and Pepper to taste 1 egg 1/4 c. onion, chopped SAUCE: 1/4 c. Barbecue sauce 1/4 c. catsup 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. celery, diced Combine beef, salt, pepper, egg, and onion. Mix well. Spread on large sheet of aluminum foil on cookie sheet. Pat into circle and make slight indentation (deep enough to hold sauce). In a bowl, combine all sauces, stir together. Pour in mixed sauce ingredients. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until done. Makes 6 servings. Enjoy!!!
