Easy Salisbury Steak

Recipe: Nonstick cooking spray 1 lb. ground beef 14 saltine crackers, crushed (1/2 cup) 1/4 cup milk 1 tsp. minced dried onion or Half onion chopped 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes 1 12 oz. jar beef gravy or two packs of powdered Brown gravy (follow the packages instructions). 2 tbsp. catsup 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper Hot cooked noodles (optional) 1. Coat an 8x8x2-inch (2-quart square) baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside. 2.In large bowl combine meat, cracker crumbs, milk, onion and parsley flakes. Mix well with your hands. Shape meat into patties. Place patties in prepared dish. 3. In a small bowl, combine gravy, catsup. Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Spoon the gravy mixture evenly over meat patties. 4. Cover and bake in a 350 degree F. oven about 1 hour or until done (165 degrees F.). Serve patties topped with gravy. (optional) for the noodles follow the package directions. Serve with patties on top of noodles, spoon gravy over the patties and noodles. Enjoy!!!
