1/2 Pound Hamburger, browned and drained
10 oz. can Enchilada Sauce
16 oz. can Refried Beans
1/2 onion, diced
2 cups shredded cheese
5-6 corn or flour tortillas (I like flour)
Add enchilada sauce, refried beans, and onions to hamburger. In an 8 X 8 cassarole pan, layer tortillas with the bean mixture and cheese, ending with cheese. Cover and bake in a 350* oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. |
