Always soak your chicken in salt water to clean it to a squeaky clean.
You will need:
A used vegetable can with the paper removed
String
Round baking pan
Place the chicken over the can and tie the legs to the can
Season with outside with whatever herbs you like
Then place it into the pan with the can holding up the chicken
Whatever beer you like or Ale, pour it over and in the chicken. The can will catch the beer to when it is BBQing the flavor will go through the chicken
When the meat can be pulled off with a fork, it is done. Remove the chicken from the can and place it on a serving dish.
Pour a small amount of beer/Ale over the chicken and serve.
