4 Pork chops
1 cup milk
1 T vinegar
2 T dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic salt
1 T season all
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
(opt) crushed red pepper to taste
PH 325 degrees
Sprinke bottom of glass casserole dish with half of the season all. Place pork chops on top of seasoning. Microwave ingredients for 15 seconds. Stir and pour over pork chops slowly. Bake for 45 min (or until cooked throuh depending on thickness)
