Recipe: 1 pot roast 6 med potatoes 1 med sweet onion 1 pkg. small frzn corn on the cob place pot roast in baking dish with tall sides. season with salt, pepper and minced garlic. cut up potatoes in quarters and place around meat. cut onion in 8 sections and place around meat. season veg. with salt and pepper. wrap with foil and put in oven at 200-250 degrees. leave in oven 3 hours and put in corn on the cob, cover again with the foil and put back in oven cook for 1 more hour. take out and cut up meat. pan will have a lot of juice you can use to make a gravy or use as is we do both. should be able to pull apart with fork.
