1 Cup Peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
combine egg and sugar til mixed well. Add peanut butter stir until completely combined.
refridgerate at least 1 hour. make 1 1/2 inch round balls. place on baking sheet 2 inches apart, smash down with bottom of cup coated with sugar (to keep from sticking) about 1/4 inch thick. Bake in oven at 350 for about 8 minutes...time will need to be adjusted due to humidity, oven variances. Bake until just barely brown on edge. remove from pan after cooling about 5 minutes, to a cooling rack. Store in airtight container.
