Quick and Easy Brunswick Stew

Recipe: This recipe is much quicker than the original! Ingredients: *1 can either diced potatoes drained or 2-3 medium potaotes diced *1 Medium Onion chopped, if desired *1 can chicken broth *1/2 to 1 Tbl Spoon of Black Pepper *2 cans BBQ Pork or Beef (Castleberry's has the pork) *1 large can of Chicken, 6-8 ozs. *1 large can of diced or chopped tomatoes *1 can whole corn *1 can cream corn Combine potatoes, onion, and broth first until hot (if using your own raw diced potatoes, cook these ingredients until the potaoes are almost done). Then slowly add the tomatoes, black pepper, BBQ pork, and chicken, do not drain. Next, add the whole corn and cream corn until warm. (If you are a fan of lima beans, add 1 can of drained limas with the corn.) Now it is ready to eat! Cooks in about 20-30 minutes. Serves great with rolls or peanut butter sandwiches!
