Recipe: 1lb of boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 3in pieces 1 bottle of burgundy wine (NO COOKING WINE! PAY AT LEAST $6 PER BOTTLE!!!) 1 clove garlic chopped 2 tbl dried oregano 1/4 c soy sauce 1/4 c worcesteire sauce 1 tbl olive oil brown or white rice precooked. combine everything except rice into an ovensafe casserole. marinate for anywhere between 24-48 hours. put casserole in 325 degree oven for at least 1 hour check chicken for doneness after 1 hour. the meat should fall apart when it is poked. serve over precooked over brown or white rice. spoon sauce over rice ( brown rice made with chicken broth is the best!)
