Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Recipe: Easy casserole dish that the whole family will love. Ingredients: 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 8 ounce container of sour cream 1/2 of large bag of stuffing mix salt, pepper, onion powder 9"x13" casserole dish Preheat oven to 350. Cover chicken breasts with cold water, add salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer ~15 minutes. Cut chicken into bite size pieces, set aside. Stuffing - follow package directions, add chicken bullion -1 teaspoon per cup of stuffing. Do not bake. Combine soup, sour cream, and chicken. Spread into casserole dish. Spread stuffing on top and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6 people
