yummy fajitas!!! Name: jessica jennings Base: anacostia naval base Recipe: I made this in home economics in high school...and people still love them... all you need is - 1 lb chicken breast cubed/stripes - 1 jar of favorite salsa - 1 bottle of ZESTY italian dressing - tortillas - lettuce (opt) - cheddar chz (opt) - sour cream (opt) -cook the chicken -add 1/2 cup to 1 cup dressing and salsa (this makes a sauce for the fajitas)I do it free hand -add a little chz so it sticks -let simmer for 3-5 minutes -I warm tortillas on my gas stove top(gives it a grilled taste) -get all the extra toppings you like on you fajitas ready and put it all together. ~I make mexican rice and my husband puts it in there like a burrito.. ENJOY!!!!
