BEAT BUTTER WITH ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL LIGHT & FLUFFY. GRADUALLY BEAT IN SUGAR UNTIL LIGHT. ADD EGGS, BEAT WELL. STIRL IN BANANAS. COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA & SALT. ADD TO BUTTER MIXTURE MIXING JUST UNTIL SMOOTH. FOLD IN PINEAPPLE & COCONUT. SPOONG BATTER INTO 2 GREASED & FLOURED 9X5 LOAF PAN. BAKE PREHEATED UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN, ABOUT 60-70 MINS |
