Recipe: 1/4 cup french fried onions 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1 cup of italian seasoned bread crumbs 1 egg 4 chicken breasts (butterflyed) your favorite tomatoe sauce half large block mozzerella cheese teaspoon of parsely (for garnish) mix french fried onions, bread crumbs, and parmesan in a large bowl. beat egg in another bowl. dip chicken in the egg and then into the bread crumb mixture to batter. pour about a half inch deep of oil into a skillet and heat to a medium, high heat. fry the chicken on each side, until golden brown. remove from pan and place into a casserole dish and place in the oven for 25 minutes at 375 degrees. after the 25 minutes take out and pour your favorite sauce over the top and cover with mozzerella cheese. bake for an additional 5 minutes at 400. remove, and serve with a sprinkle of parsely on top!
