Recipe: |
Mix together:
1 1/2 cups of self-rising meal
1/4 cup cooking oil
3 eggs
1/2 can of cream style corn
2 or 3 slices of cheese (chopped)
3 or 4 Jalipeno peppers (chopped)
2 cups milk (approx.)
1 small onion (chopped)
Spray pan with Pam cooking spray and pour mix into pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Check to make sure it is done by sticking a knife in the middle. If the knife comes out clean, it's done.
