No Guilt Refried Beans

Recipe: 1 16 oz. can pinto beans, rinsed and drained 1/4 c. thick and chunky salsa 2 T. finely chopped onion 1/8 t. garlic powder 1 T. margarine Combine all ingredients except margarine. Bring to a boil over med.-high heat. Reduce to low and simmer 7-10 minutes. Add margarine. Stir until blended. Process mixture in a food blender until smooth. From a Healthy Choice cookbook.
