You need 1 box of pineapple cake mix,eggs,milk,oil,2- 12oz. cans of sliced pineapple, brown powdered sugar, butter and cherries in a can. First you need to get the cake mix,eggs,oil and blend them all together. pour that in a container then grab 1 can of pineapple and blend that. then you add the blended pineapple to the cake mix. set that aside. you will need to melt some butter in a cup and once it is melted add it together with some sugar. pour that all along the bottom of the pan. Next open the other can of pineapples and lay them on the bottom of the pan. It will take maybe up to 8. then cut the cherries in half and put each half in each pineapple slice with the cut side down. next pour the mix onto the pineapples. now your ready to bake it. Please enjoy your double pineapple upside down cake!!! |
