Sweet Potato Pie. Name: TERRI DISHMAN Base: McGUIRE AFB, NEW JERSEY Recipe: 2 eggs. 1 can of sweet potato pie filling *any kind will do. 2/3 cups of evaporated milk. 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell*frozen OR homemade type. Preheat oven to 425F. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl, stir in pie filling & evaporated milk. Blend well with mixer, pour mixture into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes on 425F,reduce oven temperature to 350F & bake for 50-60 minutes. Makes 1(9inch)pie.
