Baked Custard.

Name: TERRI DISHMAN
Base: McGUIRE AFB, NEW JERSEY
Recipe: 4 large eggs. 1/2 cup of granulated sugar. 1/2 teaspoon of salt. 1 can of evaporated milk. 1 cup of water. 1 teaspoons of vanilla extract. ground up nutmeg. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine eggs,sugar,salt, evaporated milk, water & extract to large mixing bowl, beat until all mixed. Pour into six custard cups. Sprinkle ground nutmeg. Place custard cups in a baking pan fill baking pan with water 1/4 way of pan. Bake custard for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted into custard comes out clean. Take out of oven to cool down, put in refrig.~until ready for serving. Makes 6 servings.
