Recipe: |
7 oz can of minced clams drained.
1 package of cream cheese.
2 Tablespoons of sweet pickle relish.
a dash of tabasco sauce.
seasalt & cracked black pepper to taste.
Blend clams,cream cheese well to make a smooth paste.
Add salt, pepper, pickle relish & tobasco to taste.
Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
Makes 8 servings.
