(When you dine out at Japanese restaurant, you always remember that crispy green salad topped special ginger dressing. One of my friends is the Hibachi chef and who gave me this secret recipe that I would like to share with you.)
3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 1tbsp grated onion, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp lemon zest, 1tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds.
Step by step mix each ingredients together and pour the dressing onto the chilled green salad. |
