Brazilian Style Flan

Recipe: (This desert is served most popularly in Brazilian BBQ Restaurant.) 6 egg Yorks, 2 egg whites, 1/2 can of condensed milk, 1 cup milk. 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 stick butter. Use mixer to mix egg yorks and egg whites in low speed for 3 mins. Add milk and condensed milk to mix for another 1 min. Strin the mixture. Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease the baking round shaped bowl with butter and then add sugar to bake in the oven until there are bubbles. Gentlely pour the mixture in the baking bowl and then bake for about 40 to 45 mins. Cool the flan inside the bowl and refridge for about 4 hours then flip upside down. The the carmel will drop from the side of the flan.
