Ham and Green peas Fu Yang

Recipe: 1 slice Ham meat, half pack of frozen peas, 1 egg, 1 tbsp cooking oil, 1/2 chopped oion,1 cup of chicken stock, each 1 tsp salt and pepper, 1/2 tbsp corn starch and 2 tbsp cold water. Cut ham meat into small cubes. Heat the frying pan to medium high heat and then add oil. Add onion to sautee and then add ham cubes as well as frozen peas to cook for 5 mins. Beat egg in a bowl. Mix corn starch and water in another bowl. Add chicken stock and salt pepper to taste then add corn starch mixture and quickly stir. When the sauce turns its color to clear add egg and stir constantly for 1 min. Serve with steamed rice.
