1 whole chicken cut into 10 servings. 6 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper, ½ tsp paprika, 2 cups butter milk, 6 cups of canola oil, ½ cup all purpose flour.
Rinse and dry the chicken with paper towel. In a small bowl, combine 4tsp salt and 1 tsp
pepper as well as paprika. Rub mixture on the chicken pieces, then refrigerate in a ziplock bag for one hour. Add butter milk in the bag to cover the chicken and leave over night. Combine flour and remaining salt and pepper on paper towel. Coat the mixture over the each piece of chicken. Pre-heat oven to200F degree. Heat oil in a pan to 375 F. Fry 2 to 3 pieces of chicken for 14 to 16 mins and then leave in the oven to keep warm.
