Tandoori Chicken (indian BBQ)

Recipe: 1 pound boneless Chicken meat (cut cubes for BBQ), 4 tablespoon plain yogurt, 1 teaspoon tumeric powder,1 teaspoon curry powder,1 teaspoon dried cilantro (or chopped cilantro), salt and pepper, 1/2 tablepoon sugar,1 tablespoon canola oil. Marinade Chicken with all ingrdients for at least 1 hour, then thread chicken onto skewers. Preheat grill. Cook on grill for about 10 mins and flip them over 3 times. Serve with zenzichi (plain yogurt, grated cucumber and minced galic)in a warm Indian bread (or totilla instead).
