Recipe: 2 white fish fillets, 1 big potato or 2 small potatos, 2 cups of milk, salt and pepper,1/2 stick of butter, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, bread crumbs, parsley. Combine fish and milk to boil in medium to low heat for about 10 mins. Boil the potatos untill soft. Take out the fish from milk and then mash the fillets until all fish meat fall apart. Mash the potato with butter and add the fish, cinnamon powder,salt and pepper and one table spoon of chopped parsley. Use hands work with spoon and roll mixture into balls. Bread the balls with bread crumb. Deep dry them in medium heat for 4 mins or until golden brown. Serve with fresh lemon.
