Malay Mango Shrimp

Recipe: 1Pound of jumbo shrimp,1 cup of orange juice,1/4 cup of hot sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt,1 fresh mango, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 2/3 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil,4 cloves minced galic. Peel mango with peeler,and then slice and cut into thin strips. Boil water in a deep sauce pan(wait untill the water is boiled) then add shrimp for 1 minute, strain the shrimp. Heat the orange juice with sugar and lemon juice for at least half an hour in a medium low heat. Add the hot sauce and minced galic continue boil for another 5 mins. Remove from heat. Heat frying pan in high heat and add olive oil. Add mango strips then quick stir with a wooden spoon. Add shrimps and sauce into the pan and stir fry for 3 mins. Remove from the heat and serve with warm steamed Asian rice.
