The only way to eat a cheesesteak when you aren't near Philly!
1 package Steak-Umms ( no substitutions here!)
1 jar of Cheez Whiz
1 large white onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
hoagie rolls, sliced
1 tbl olive oil
in a large pan over medium heat add the olive oil, peppers and onions. cook for a few minutes just until the get soft then add the steak umms breaking them up in your hand as you add them. cook just until the meat is browned through (don't over cook!) grab a roll and spread the inside with the whiz pick up some meat and veggies and fill up the bun. grab some paper towels and don't drip on yourself! |
