Easiest Shepherds Pie

Recipe: 1 lb. ground beef 1 can peas 1 can whole kernel corn 1 lb shredded cheese 1 can beef broth 2 tbl. all purpose flour 1 package roasted garlic instant mashed potatoes (prepared according to directions) Heat oven to 350 degrees. Over medium heat, cook the ground beef in a large skillet until browned. Do not drain. Stir in the flour and mix until dissolved. Slowly pour in the broth a little at a time until it is all in and a thick gravy forms. Mix in 1cup of the shredded cheese into the mashed potatoes. Pour the meat and gravy mixture into a greased casserole dish spread it out evenly. Top with corn and peas evenly. spread the mashed potatoes over the top, sprinkle with remainder of the cheese and bake until the cheese is melted. serve with a dash of hot sauce!
