Hot Caramel Apple Cider.

Recipe: 1/2 gallon of apple cider. 1/2 cups of brown sugar packed. 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of cider vinegar. 1 teaspoons of vanilla extract. 1 4-inch cinnamon stick. 6 whole cloves. 1 orange sliced'seeds removed.' Combine all ingredients except topping in a slow cooker. Cover cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours. Strain discard spices and orange serve in mugs. *Drizzel 1 teaspoonful of carmel ice cream topping into each mug. Serves 16.
