Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 bottle Real Bacon bits 1 green pepper, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1 stick butter Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Place your mashed potatoes in a large bowl. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the pepper and onion and saute. Pour this on top of your mashed potatoes. Next you will add in the sour cream, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits and mix thouroughly. Spray a 13X9 baking dish with no-stick spray. Spread your potatoes evenly into the dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until lightly browned.
