Over stuffed bakers
2-4 large potatoes
1/2cup milk
2tbsp of butter
pinch of sugar
4-5 strips of crumbled bacon
1cup of shredded cheese
20-30 med sized shrimp
Boil potatoes for about 45mins, let cool under able to handle w/o getting burned cut potatoes in half and scoop out inside leaving enough to hold walls up, mix remaining ingredients and bacon together leaving slightly lumpy line bottom of potatoes with 2-3 shrimp each put mixture on top of shrimp and remaining shrimp on top of mixture bake at 350' until golden brown and if desired sprinkle top with added cheese. |
