Recipe: 1/2 cup of jarred roasted red peppers cut into strips. 1 (15-ozcan)cannellini beans rinsed & drained. 2 cloves of garlic chopped fine. 2 tablespoons of prepared pesto sauce. Mix together red peppers, beans and garlic in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until warmed through. Stir in pesto sauce and serve. Serving of 2.
