Recipe: INGREDIENTS 8 to 10 Medium Potatos 1 Can Cream of Chicken soup 1 lb shredded cheddar cheese 1 pckg bacon 1 bundle green onions 16 oz sour cream Prepare peel and cube potatos, boil till they are cooked. fry bacon and crumble. chop green onion. Cook: In a large bowl mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, half the cheese, half the bacon and half the onions. Put potatos in a casserole dish, mix the sour cream mixture in well with the potatos. Top with the other half cheese, bacon and green onions. Bake in oven at 350 for 20 mins or until cheese is melted. Note: Do not use "Bacon Bits" they will bleed and turn your casserole red.
