Quick Texas Stew.

Name: TERRI DISHMAN
Base: McGUIRE AFB, NJ.
Recipe: 1 pound of lean ground beef. 1 10ounce can of diced tomatoes with green chile peppers. 2 16ounce can of ranch style chili beans. 1 cup of frozen corn. 2 cups of cold water. 1 19 ounce can of minestrone soup. 1/2 cup of onion chopped. 4 carrots cleaned and cut into small bite size pieces. seasalt and cracked black pepper to taste. In large skillet cook over medium heat browning meat and drain fat. Mix in diced tomatoes,onion, carrots, ranch style chili beans, corn,water & minestrone soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30-45 minutes stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
