Texas Delight.

Recipe: 1 cup of all-purpose flour. 1/2 cups of finely chopped pecans. 1/2 cups of butter OR 'I Can't Believe its Not Butter' melted. 1 8ounce package of low fat cream cheese @ room temperature. 1 cup of confectioners sugar. 1 cup of frozen whipped topping thawed. 2 small packages of instant coconut cream pudding mix. 2 cups of skim milk. *3 cups of frozen whipped topping thawed. 1/2 cups of chopped pecans. Preheat oven to 350F in medium size bowl stir together flour, 1/2 cup pecans and melted butter OR margarine. Press into bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven chill until cold. In medium bowl mix together cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. Stir in whipped topping. Drop spoonfuls into chilled crust spread evenly. Return to refrigerator while you prepare next layer. In medium bowl mix together pudding mixes and milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill until set. *Spread remaining whipped topping over top garnish with chopped pecans. Serves 12.
