| Recipe: |
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour.
1/4 cup of heavy cream.
4 slices of bacon.
2 cups of mayonnaise.
1 & 1/2 cups of skim milk.
In medium saucepan over low heat whisk together cheese, flour and cream until melted and saucey-like.
Remove from heat and cool.
Place bacon in a large skillet cook over medium heat until evenly brown & crisp.
Drain bacon from fat crumble and set aside.
In medium bowl whisk together cooled cheese sauce, bacon, mayonnaise and milk until evenly blended.
Serve over fresh salads.
Serves 12.
