Hot Bacon Dressing.

Name: TERRI DISHMAN
Base: McGUIRE AFB, NJ.
Recipe: 8 slices of bacon. 1 & 1/2 cups of white sugar. 3 teaspoons of cornstarch. 1/2 teaspoons of seasalt. 1/4 cup of water. 1/2 cup of white vinegar. Place bacon in large skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown & crisp. Drain bacon from fat on paper towels crumble and set aside. In medium bowl whisk together sugar, cornstarch and salt slowly pour in water and vinegar whisking constantly. In same medium skillet add crumbled bacon and pour vinegar mixture over bacon. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Makes 1 & 1/2 cups of hot dressing.
