Teriyaki Chops.

Recipe: 1/2 cup soy sauce in*low sodium. 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar. 2 teaspoons of honey. 2 teaspoons of garlic powder. 4 pork chops. In a shallow dish combine soy sauce, vinegar, honey and garlic powder. Place chops in dish turn to coat. Cover and marinate for 2 to 4 hours in refrigerator. Preheat grill to high heat and lightly oil grate. Grill chops 8-12 minutes per side until all pink is gone from chops. Serves 4.
