4 cups water
1 cup coffeemate
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. mustard powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Mix together and bring to boil. Add 1 pound velveeta cheese. In seperate pan, melt 1 3/4 sticks margarine and stir in 1/2 cup flower. Add to velveeta mixture. Stir in 3/4 cup picante sauce, 2 tsp. chili powder, and 1 tsp. lemon juice...and enjoy!
