Howard Pie Name: ashley howard Base: ft. polk, louisiana Recipe: 1 1/2 pound ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 15 oz can of corn or favorite vegetable 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese instant potato buds ( enough for 4-6 ) salt & pepper onion pam spray Cook meat & onion, drain. Add soup, corn, salt & pepper. Make potato buds ( follow directions on box ) Spray Pam in a 9x13 casserole dish. Put meat mixture in dish and spray evenly. Put potato buds on top of meat, spread evenly. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake 350 degrees covered with foil for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!
