Recipe: Brocolli Cauliflower Carrots Shredded Cheese Crescent Rolls Package of Cream Cheese Package of Ranch Dressing Powder Unroll the crescent rolls and lay flat onto a cookie sheet. Cook according to package. While rolls are cooking, shred the brocolli, cauliflower, and carrots. A grater or food processor works best. Mix all together with the cheese. Then mix the cream cheese with the ranch dressing. When the crescent rolls cool somewhat, spread the cream cheese mixture onto them. Then you top with the vegetable mix. When you are done then you can put into fridge. It is even good cold! The vegetables cut up sometimes create a lot once shredded. You might need two to three packages of crescent rolls, cream cheese and ranch. Enjoy!
