1-1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 Bag of frozen broccoli (optional)
1 can cream mushroom
1 can cream chicken
1 cup sour cream
4 tbsp melted butter
1 sleeve ritz crackers crushed
Mix soups and sour cream together in large bowl. Add chicken; stir until chicken is coated. Add COOKED broccoli to 8x8 baking pan. Spoon chicken mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle with crackers, then with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until heated through. Serves 4. |
