Chicken Wasabi Salad!

Recipe: 3 large skinless & boneless chicken breasts cut chicken into 1/2 inch-wide strips. 1 can mandarin orange sections (11 oz.can)drained. 1 head Romaine lettuce torn into pieces. 1/2 cup of chopped red onion. Chow mein noodles. Cracked black pepper to taste. *Wasabi Ranch Salad Dressing: 1/2 cup of buttermilk. 1/4 cup of cold water. 1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon of Wasabi Ranch Seasoning Blend or any kind of wasabi seasoning. Heat oven to 325°F. Cut chicken into strips place in baking pan, bake until strips are no longer pink and juices run clear, about 15 minutes. Tear lettuce into pieces. Place buttermilk, pepper, water, mayonnaise and Wasabi Ranch Seasoning Blend in a container with a lid,seal and shake well before using. Transfer lettuce pieces, cooked chicken with mandarin oranges, onion in a bowl & toss together. Add Wasabi Ranch Salad Dressing and chow mein noodles just before serving. Serves 4.
