Trout with Cucumber Sauce |

1 1/2 lbs trout fillets
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp dried dill weed
Spread onion over trout fillets in a microwave-proof dish. Sprinkle with
salt. Cover dish tightly with plastic wrap; turn back one corner.
Microwave on medium 5 minutes.
Mix mayonnaise, cucumber, garlic, and dill weed. Spread over trout.
Microwave on medium 3 minutes.
Let stand 1-2 minutes to complete cooking.
