Recipe: |
1/2 lb cooked salad shrimp
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
1 tomato, cut into wedges
1/2 white onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
Dressing:
1/2 cup sweetened rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
Combine vegetables in a large bowl. Make dressing in a small bowl. Pour over
vegetables. Add shrimp and toss. |
