Crunchy Chicken and Mushrooms

Recipe: 5-6 chicken thighs or breasts, skin removed 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 soup can water 2 cups sliced mushrooms 2 stalks celery, diced 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced 2 cups chow mein noodles, optional Combine soups with water, onion, mushrooms, celery, and water chestnuts. Stir to blend well. Set chicken in crockpot and spoon soup mixture over each piece. Cover with lid and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Top with chow mein noodles, if desired, when ready to serve.
