L'Orange Pork and Rice

Recipe: 6 boneless pork chops or pork cutlets 2 cups orange juice 2 cans undiluted chicken and rice soup 1 cup uncooked instant rice 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 4 tbsp butter In large skillet, melt butter and brown pork in butter on both sides. Remove meat and add uncooked rice. Stir to coat rice well and then remove from heat. Combine all ingredients in crockpot and lay browned chops on top. Cover with lid and cook on low 5-6 hours.
