Recipe: |
1 (12oz.)jar of yellow & red peppers.
1 tablespoon of fresh basil.
4 ounces of mozzarella cheese.
1 (8 ounce)container of olive medley.
Cut peppers into strips along with basil leaves into strips.
Dice mozzarella cheese.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Transfer to platter or serving dish.
Makes 2 servings.
