Pizza Casserole

Recipe: Ingredients 1- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (ground turkey can be substituted) 2 cans (10-11 oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 cans (10-11 oz.) Tomatoe Soup 9 cooked Lazagne noodles 2-3 cups shredded Mozzerella Cheese Basil, Oregano to taste (approx. 1-2 tsp. each) Garlic to taste (optional, approx 1 tsp.) 1 small onion, chopped (optional) Procedure Brown the ground beef with onions, in a large skillet, pour off the grease. Add the soups and 1/2 can of milk (if desired) to make a thick gravyconsistancy. Add spices for taste; the soup will taste like pizza sauce. Layer soup mixture, then 3 noodles (can place thin layer of cheese on noodles if desired) in a greased 13x9 inch pan. Continue layering, soup, noodles and cheese. The top layer should be soup, and then a thick layer of cheese (spead cheese to cover the soup). Bake at 350 F for about 25-35 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Let sit for 10 minutes or until soup stopps bubbling. Cut and serve. Can be served with garlic bread or Texas toast. Also, very easy to make ahead and freeze. This recipe is one that tastes even better when re-heated. Also, very inexpensive; very easy to half recipe.
